Terms of Service

Last updated: July 23, 2026

These terms keep things clear for both sides. By using TestAcademy you agree to them. They are written to be read, not to hide anything.

1. What TestAcademy provides

TestAcademy is an educational platform: tutorials, a browser-based practice environment, interview preparation material and an AI mock interview. Much of the site is free. Some parts are paid: the full course, a monthly plan, and interview packs. What is free and what is paid is shown on the pricing page.

2. Accounts, payments and refunds

You can use the free parts of TestAcademy without an account. An account is optional. It saves your progress and lets you buy a paid plan. Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Paid plans are sold through Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, tax and receipts, and appears on your statement. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change over time, but a change never affects a payment you have already made. A monthly plan renews automatically until you cancel it.

Refunds and cancellations follow our refund and cancellation policy.

3. Your use of the site

  • You may use the site for learning, teaching and personal skill development.
  • You may not attempt to disrupt the service, abuse it with automated traffic, or use it for any illegal activity.
  • The code you write in the editor is yours. It runs in your browser and we make no claim to it.

4. Content and intellectual property

The tutorials, interview questions, practice applications and illustrations on this site belong to TestAcademy. You may link to them and use them for personal learning. You may not republish them as your own or resell them.

Playwright, Cypress and Selenium are trademarks of their respective owners. TestAcademy is an independent educational project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

5. No warranty

The site is provided "as is". We work hard to keep the content correct and the editor faithful to the real tools, but we cannot guarantee the service is free of errors or always available. The editor intentionally implements a subset of each framework, always confirm details against the official documentation before relying on them at work.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TestAcademy is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the site, including decisions made based on its educational content.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and meaningful changes will be visible on this page before they take effect.
