No taxes or delivery fees apply in this example.
The total must be 1000 cents.

STEPS
1. Extract the order example ZIP.
2. In that folder, run: node server.mjs --broken
3. In another terminal in that folder, run: node --test total.test.mjs

EXPECTED RESULT
The order total is 1000 cents. The total assertion passes.

ACTUAL RESULT
GET /api/order returns HTTP 200.
The response body sets totalCents to 500.
The total assertion fails with: 500 !== 1000
