API TEST DATA CLEANUP EXAMPLE

This is an invented local bookmarks API. It is not a TestAcademy graded problem.
Use Node.js 22 or newer. No package installation is needed.
Run it locally, outside the TestAcademy browser editor.

Start the API in a terminal in this folder:
  node server.mjs

In another terminal in the same folder:
  node --test bookmark.test.mjs

Run the test command again without restarting the server.
The test creates its own bookmark, reads it, and removes that record afterward.
The after hook also checks that GET returns 404 after deletion.
It does not delete unrelated records.
A test process that is killed may not reach its cleanup hook.
The example stores data in memory. Stopping the server removes all its data.
Stop the server with Ctrl+C when finished.

If port 3042 is in use, stop that app or change the port in both JavaScript files.
